BUTTERFLY VALVE：Body of butterfly valves made of metals. Such as:, carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, ductile iron and alloy steel ect,. MJ mainly according to the standard of API 609 to produces cast steel butterfly valves. Steel butterfly valves generally used in transmitting and processing of media that are heavily corrosive, stainless steel butterfly valves usually selected to mitigate the problems for they can work well in the area with corrosive surroundings.

Butterfly valves can be divided into 3 connection types.

1、Wafer Type
    Wafer type butterfly valves equipped with tightly fitting seal, O-ring and valve disc, which have good control of flow, and assuring unidirectional flow.

2、Flange Type
    Flange type butterfly valves with flanges on both ends. Flange ends connecting with the flanges on the pipeline by bolts and nuts.

3、Lug Type
    Lug type butterfly Valves have good control of flow, and assuring unidirectional flow. Lug Type butterfly valves fix by bolts, which at the ends threaded holes.

    Operation of butterfly valves generally are hand wheel operated. When the valves need large amount of starting force, we can choose gear operated device to save effort.

Resilient seat concentric butterfly valves uses the resilience valve seat, operating in the valve pressure rating.

Triple offset butterfly valves use of metal seat, which is able to with stand high pressure. They are commonly used in petrochemical industry.

    Double offset butterfly valves are designed double-eccentric structure, and valves seat and disc material are different. Concentric butterfly valves have resilient rubber seat and metal valve disc design. Eccentric butterfly valves can solve problem of severe extrusion between butterfly valve disc and seat.
